Knowledge for better procurement.
Practical guides for preparing clear industrial requirements and reviewing manufacturer information.
Start with the exact model
A useful industrial enquiry identifies the manufacturer and exact product model. Record the model from the OEM product page or catalogue, then include the required quantity and application. When a variant matters, attach the specification rather than relying only on a product family name.
Make your BOQ easier to review
Organise your bill of quantities into one line per product. Include the item description, make, model, quantity and project location. Add the tender or project reference, delivery schedule and any approved alternatives. You can attach the BOQ privately to an RFQ.
Keep manufacturer documents with the requirement
Each catalogue product links to its official manufacturer reference where available. Review the current specification and catalogue before selecting a model. If a document is missing, include the documentation requirement in your enquiry so the team can respond with the offered product details.
